Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

After national service as a cooperation program manager of the Embassy of France in Saudi Arabia from 1983 to 1985, he enjoyed thirty years of experience in business. He basically practiced commercial business management or engineering functions in real estate, with coaching teams, within Auguste Thouard companies in Levallois-Perret, France, from 1985 to 1988, GEAI 80, Paris 8th from 1989 to 1990 before creating his company FL Development, in Boulogne, France, in which he used to be the Manager and Director from 1990 to 2001, then CEO and majority shareholder of Mines de la Lucette, in Boulogne, from 2002 to 2005 , a property company quoted on the first market of Stock Exchange in Paris. Since 2006, as Managing Director of the Compagnie Financière Privée (COFIPRI), he has been acting as a private investor in diversified sectors such as real estate, hotel business, wholesale and retail trade, port logistics, forestry development, industry, etc. He holds a Master of Private Law from the Law School of Paris X Nanterre, a Diploma from Higher Center for Notarial Studies in Paris 17 and a First Certificate in English at the University of Cambridge.

He enjoys thirty-five years’ experience in the banking and financial environment. In 1979, after starting as a Systems Analyst within the company Sogeser Systems in Brussels, he joined Paribas Bank in Luxembourg in the same functions, and Continental Bank Luxembourg SA in 1982 where he remained until 2002 as Senior Systems Analyst and as the Head of the Department of internal Audit and then he worked at Kredietbank Luxembourg SA from 2003 to 2013;then as a senior internal auditor/internal reviser at Process Architect and Shared Knowledge Platform and finally joined LM & Co SA, a company providing administrative services in 2014 as Director. He is a graduate of an IT Diploma from the Institute of Higher Education of Namur, in Belgium, and a Diploma in Accounting in 1982 from the Belgian Chamber of Chartered Accountants of Namur, in Belgium, a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) in 1999 from the Institute of Internal Auditors, a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), in 1999 from the Information Systems Audit and Control Association and an ITIL Certification foundation, in 2012, from the information Technology Infrastructure Library.


Jean-Philippe LUIDINANT


Enjoying over thirty years’ experience in the banking and financial sectors, he mainly worked in the management of portfolio and property advice. He started within the Royal Bank of Canada, in Brussels in 1983 as an employee in the department of securities, then as Stockbrokers delegate within Ropsy-Vandevelde in Brussels, from 1986, and then in the Continental Bank Luxembourg SA from 1989 to 1997 as Head of Cedel/Euroclear and Director of Fonds Americans in charge of securities so as to become portfolio Manager in the cell “Flanders/Netherlands”. In 1997, he joined the People’s Bank of Luxembourg as Head of Benelux unit within “Private Banking” and as Authorised Agent and Property Advisor from 2002 through the development of a Family Office unit before creating LM & Co SA in 2005 to become the CEO within the Property Council. He graduated Latin Humanities/Science from St. Peter College in Uccle, Belgium, and has completed numerous trainings in his area of expertise from 1989 to 1996 (IFBL course, ABBL seminars, group Paribas, in Paris).
